With over five years of experience in human resources, operations, and recruitment, she brings a proven ability to align talent strategies with business goals.

Before joining Agri Frontier, Kate was the People & Operations Manager at Samawati Capital Partners, where she led HR functions, supported executive recruitment, and ensured compliance across Kenya and Uganda. She has also held key roles in client success and operations at Kofisi Africa.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development from Africa Nazarene University, is pursuing CHRP certification, and has completed the Leadership for Growth Training at the Amani Institute. She is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with impactful opportunities in agribusiness.
