What did you do prior to this role?

Prior to working at Agri Frontier, I was the People and Operations Manager at Samawati Capital Partners where I led HR functions, supported executive recruitment, and ensured compliance across Kenya and Uganda. I also held key roles in client success and operations at Kofisi Africa.

What excites you about Agri Frontier, and what do you hope to bring to the business?

I am excited about Agri Frontier’s work in transforming African agribusiness by connecting talented leaders to meaningful opportunities. I hope to contribute by building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and helping deliver talent solutions that make a real difference in the sector.

What is your dream for African Agribusiness?

My dream is to see African agribusiness thrive as a global leader in sustainability and innovation. I would love to see it create opportunities that uplift communities, strengthen economies, and take care of the environment. I believe having the right people in leadership can make this dream a reality.

Tell us a little about yourself, outside of work.

I am a gym enthusiast who loves staying active with outdoor activities such as swimming and hiking, which I have made an essential part of my lifestyle. I also enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, creating lasting memories, and occasionally unwinding by watching a good movie.

What is your secret talent?

I have a knack for diffusing tense situations with quick wit and humour, making people feel comfortable and bringing positivity to any environment.
