Joan joins us as an Agri-Business Financial Consultant within the Growth Hub team. She has been working with Small and Medium Enterprises for 4 years both as a financial analyst and business analyst. In this time, she has been able to hone her skills in business advisory specifically dealing in financial statement(s) analysis, financial accounting, cash flow projections, budgeting, trend analytics, report writing and strategic planning. She has interacted with various businesses across several industries including agriculture, renewable energy, waste management, trade, and commerce among others. She joins us from the SME Support Centre where she was a senior business analyst. Her desire is to contribute to the sustainable growth of SMEs in Africa.

Joan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Kenyatta university, is certified in quantitative and qualitative analysis, from Dalworth statistical and Research Training Centre and a CPA finalist.
